EIP is contracted by public and private entities to manage initiatives that accelerate the development of clean energy infrastructure and adoption of energy efficient and carbon neutral technologies, codes and standards.

ABOUT
Renny Paige founded EIP in 2011 to facilitate the development and financing of energy, transportation and water infrastructure projects across the US. The company has since developed broad planning and implementation expertise across commercial, industrial, residential and public sector resource efficiency, renewable energy, and environmental justice programs.
Committed to the principles of Environmental Justice and workforce diversity, EIP works at the crossroads of resource efficiency programs, clean and renewable energy and sustainability. We bring technical and engineering skills and provide strategic and financial advisory services informed by both our diversity and our diverse perspective to creative problem-solving.
TEAM
Renny Paige

Renwick Paige has substantial operational, marketing and financing experience informed by his roles as Chief Marketing Officer for an AmLaw 100 law firm and a national utility privatization firm. He led infrastructure financings at Lehman Brothers and launched the project finance and air cargo product lines for the GE Capital/FGIC. Mr. Paige headed Acquisitions and Development at U.S. Water (Bechtel and Kiewit) and helped to build the alternative assets banking business at JP Morgan/Chase.
Mr. Paige received a J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School, attended Wharton Graduate School, and received a B.A. from Amherst College

Eric Newsum
Eric Newsum focuses on the development of energy efficiency programs in affordable and public sector multi-family housing. Over the past 25 years, Eric has held senior level roles in a myriad of concerns focussing on commercial and residential real estate. His work as Treasurer of the New York City Housing Authority led him to roles in risk management with major insurance brokers. He led the New York commercial real estate and public entity practices with insurance broker and risk management consultant, Marsh. Consequently, he has developed relationships with building owners, developers and financiers throughout the U.S.
Eric earned an MBA from the University of Michigan, and a BBA from Howard University.
Claire Richards

Claire Richards has spent 30+ years in market development in the public finance and energy efficiency sectors. She has worked with major utilities across the U.S. leading outreach for commercial and public sector customers. Claire has an extensive background in market development, marketing, and market research. Her career includes 25 years in various capacities with financial guarantors, including GE Capital/FGIC and Assured Guaranty. Claire also served as President for the Berkshire Business Professional Women group and Board Member of LCU Foundation.
Ms. Richards holds a B.A. from Hollins University, an all-women’s university in Roanoke, VA.

Darnell Carr
Darnell Carr is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in market and media research. She is both an analytical and creative thinker, able to provide insights to address challenging business issues as well as understanding customer behavior and experiences. Her past professional experience includes serving as Vice President, Media Research for MRI | Simmons and leadership roles in Sales and Marketing at The New York Times. Ms. Carr serves as a Board Member for the Atlas Foundation in New York City and the Rivendell School in Brooklyn, NY. She has also been a guest lecturer at Teachers College at Columbia University.

Martin Lott
Martin Lott is EIP's Engineering and Technical Services wizard. He is responsible for ensuring program goals are met, our engineers deliver high quality services, and our clients' customers receive a premier experience. He is an accomplished program manager having most recently managed the new Industrial Outreach Service Provider group on ComEd's behalf. He has extensive experience starting programs and adapting to evolving market conditions with a variety of partners.

Andrew Chintz
Andrew Chintz develops and implements programs and projects for energy efficiency and clean energy with a focus on the affordable housing, community development, and public sector market. He has a seasoned career spanning 30 years as a senior level municipal and real estate finance expert, including 24 years in diverse roles at MBIA, a municipal bond insurer.
Mr. Chintz received a B.A. from Connecticut College and an M.S. from Columbia University concentrating in urban planning, preservation and finance. He received a Certificate in Sustainability Finance from Columbia University.
Mr. Crittenden 25+ years in energy engineering serving large industrial and commercial facilities and has implemented 35 large C&I programs. Managed numerous SEM engagements and successfully generated peer interaction with cohorts of industrial and commercial healthcare customers. A leading consultant across utilities, regulatory agencies, performance contractors, equipment manufacturers, consulting engineering firms. Experienced with regulatory environments around EE programs, working with 3rd party E,M&V and custom review process while navigating commission guidelines to ensure highest evaluation possible.
Jeff Crittenden
Jeff Crittenden 25+ years in energy engineering serving large industrial and commercial facilities and has implemented 35 large C&I programs. Matthew Kok
Matt Kok has 25 years of experience designing and managing implementation of residential, commercial, and industrial energy efficiency programs for more than 40 utility and government clients throughout the United States. He advises our clients on strategic resource efficiency program design and implementation strategies that optimize customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness through streamlined operations and niche marketing strategies
Prior to joining EIP, Matt served as a Vice President at Resource Innovations, LLC, Vice President, Midwest Operations, for CLEAResult Consulting, and Program Director for Wisconsin Energy Conservation Corp.
Rianne Parker
Rianne Parker is EIP's Technical Outreach Manager. She is responsible for program development and training to enhance the use of high-efficiency zero-carbon technologies in the built environment. She works with stakeholders to identify technical and market constraints, as well as design engagement strategies that capitalize on and complement existing market activity. Her role entails developing cross-organizational collaborations between utilities, financiers, contractors, and their consumers. She has extensive facility engineering, operations, maintenance, and energy program management experience.
